This is a garage kept used vintage that is ready to be restored and loved.
I was able to have the collar printed and it works great. Bike is in rough condition but ready for the next enthusiast to put personal touches to it. Frame release lever plastic is broken, however bike works fine once cross bar seated on frame. Please view pictures.
